Steps of Cooking:
1)Heat oil/ghee, fry onions and garlic till they turn transparent. Add tomatoes and cook until they become tender. Then add Mehran Vegetable Masala and mix vegetables, fry well for 2-3minutes. Then add half cup of water, cover and cook till vegetables are
2)Now add green chilies and cook on low heat for further 5 minutes. Then add green coriander and remove.
3)For Best Result: Heat 1 table spoon oil/ghee, add whole red chilies and curry leaves. Fry for 1-2 minutes and pour on vegetables.
Squeeze lemon juice on vegetable mix. Serve with Nan, Chapatti or plain boiled rice. Serve for 6-7 persons
