COOKING RECIPE
AS PER 50 GRAM
INGREDIENT REQUIRED
Meat
1 kg
finely grounded to a paste
Onions
300g
grounded
Plain Yogurt
1½ cups/300g
whipped
Garlic Paste
1
tablespoon
Green Coriander
2 tablespoons
chopped
Oil / Ghee
175-250g

Shan Kofta Mix
1 packet

STEPS OF COOKING
- In the minced meat, add half grounded onions, half yogurt, green coriander and 2 tablespoons Shan Kofta Mix. Knead to make a smooth dough. Make about 40 small round meat balls.
- Heat ghee and fry the remaining onions paste until golden. Add garlic, the remaining yogurt and Shan Kofta Mix. Stir fry for few minutes and then add 2-3 glasses of water. Boil for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Add meat balls and reduce the heat. Cook until meat balls are tender; about 20-30 minutes. Do not stir with a spoon.
