Steps of Cooking:
1)In 3-4 glasses of water add meat, 1tea spoon ginger paste, 1 tea spoon garlic paste and Mehran yakhni pulao masala. Cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender (For Beef / Mutton add 6-7 glasses of water).
2)When 3 glasses of stock remains, strain the stock and keep meat and spices aside.
3)Heat oil /ghee, fry onions till they turn golden. Then take out half quantity of onions and keep aside.
4)In the same oil /ghee and onion, add remaining ginger paste, garlic paste and meat, fry for 2-3 minutes. Add yogurt, stir continuously and cook for 5 minutes. Then add stock, boil on high heat and add soaked rice. Cover & cook on medium heat. When wat
