Steps of Cooking:
1)MIx mehran tikka boti recipe mix with ginger, garlic, yogurt and apply to the meat. Marinate for 3 hours.
2)Heat oil/butter in a pan, add marinated meat. Cook on low flame till meat becomes tender and dry.
Serve hot Tikka/Boti with Mehran Chutney and fresh salad. The same recipe can be used to prepare meat, chicken, fish or prawn dishes. Serve for 6-8 persons.
