Steps of Cooking:
1)Heat oil/ghee, fry onions till they turn golden. Add meat, ginger paste, garlic paste and potatoes, fry well for 6-7 minutes. Then add Mehran Sindhi Biryani masala, yogurt and ginger julienne, stir well for further 5 minutes.
2)Then add 1 glass of water, cover and cook on low heat until meat becomes tender and 1/1/2 cup gravy remains (For Beef/Mutton add 3-4 glass of water).
3)Now in a large pan spread 1 table spoon oil and some sliced tomatoes. Then shift the prepared meat, spread the remaining sliced tomatoes, green coriander, green chilies and mint. Cover and cook on low heat, for 5-6 minutes and keep aside.
4)In a separate pan add 10-12 glasses of water, add 2/1/2 table spoon salt and boil. Then add soaked rice, when rice is half cooked remove from heat and strain water.
5)Now spread rice on prepared masala. Cover and cook on high heat for 3minutes, then lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes till rice is done. Mix before serving.
Garnish with fried onions. Serve with Fresh salad and Raita. Serve for 5-6 persons.
