Steps of Cooking:
1)In minced meat add onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chili, green coriander and Mehran Seekh Kabab Masala (If suet is not added in minced meat then add 1/4 cup butter/ghee) and chop all the ingredients once. Then knead well and keep aside for 2-3 h
2)Make small meat balls with wet hands. Thread meat balls through skewer and flatten the meat balls in thin layer around each skewer.
3)Grill seekh kababs on coal fire, griller or in oven on low heat. Brush some ghee/butter and rotate the skewer to heat evenly, until kababs turn light brown.
Serve with Chapatti, Paratha, Onion rings and Chutney. Serve for 6-7 persons.
