Steps of Cooking
1) Heat the oil/ghee, add onions and fry till they turn transparent. Take out the half onion and keep aside.
2) Now add meat fry well for 5-6 minutes and add tomato, ginger, garlic, yogurt, red chilli, and Mehran stew / Do piaza Masala fry for few minutes. Now add 3-4 cups of water, cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender.
3) Add remaining onion, cook for 15 minutes and remove.
