Steps of Cooking
1) Make deep cuts on leg or roast piece and prick. Then apply ginger, garlic paste, vinegar and keep aside for 1hour. Then mix Mehran Roast Masala, lemon juice and apply on leg evenly, insert masala on cuts and keep aside. Marinate for 5-6 hours or more.
2) Now in an open pan add oil and place the marinated leg, onion, carrot and tomato and add 1 1/2 – 2 cups of water cover and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 – 2 hours. Turn the side to heat evenly, when leg is tender turn the side and take out leg.
3) For Dip: Strain the remaining gravy and add 1 tea spoon corn flour. Cook for a minute and remove.
