Steps of Cooking
1) Make the paste of green chilli and green coriander and keep aside.
2) Apply lemon, ginger and garlic paste, green chilli and green coriander paste, yogurt, oil/ghee, fresh cream and mehran malai boti masala on chicken. Mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour.
3) Now threas chicken on skewer and grill in griller, until meat becomes tender.
