Steps of Cooking
1) Grind 3 tomatoes and 1 onion and keep aside. Mix 4 table spoon Mehran Jalfrezi Masala in meat with yogurt and keep aside for 20 minutes, mix rest of the masala in vegetable and keep aside.
2) Heat oil/ghee, add ground onion and tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste and fry. Now add chicken and vinegar and fry well. Cover and cook till oil come on top and meat becomes tender. Then add ginger julienne, vegetable and green chili, cook for 2-3 minu
Cooking Suggestion:
Squeeze lemon juice as required and garnish with ginger julienne. Serve with plain boiled rice and chapatti. Serve for 7-8 persons.
