300g onion, finely sliced
250g yogurt, beaten
250g ghee/cooking oil
1 sachet Qorma masala
• In the ghee, fry the sliced onion until crisp and light golden brown. Remove and spread to drain on absorbent paper. When dry, crush and keep separately.
• In the same oil, cook the meat, Qorma masala and yogurt for 5-10 minutes. Add 1-2 glasses of water, cover and cook on a low heat until the meat becomes tender.
• Add the crushed, fried onion and cook over a low heat until the ghee separates from the masala.
