Laziza Cream Caramel
1. Pour caramel topping of the sachet in mould set aside.
2. Take 2 1/2 cup (1/2 litre) of milk and bring to boil. Add the caramel mix in boiling milk slowly. Stir for one minuts. If desired add beaten egg.
3. Pour the caramel gently in the mould, Refrigerate or allow to cool at room tepmrature. Caramel will set in 45 minutes to one hour.
4. Loosen edges and invert mould carefully over the plate. Shake gently and remove the mould.
