Description
Steps of Cooking:
1)In mince meat add 1/2 cup raw ground onion, fried crushed onion, mint, green chili, green coriander, 1 tea spoon ginger paste, 1 tea spoon garlic paste, roasted chick peas powder, 1 1/2 table spoon Mehran Kofta Masala and 2 table spoon yogurt. Knead well
2)Heat oil /ghee, add remaining ground onion, remaining ginger and garlic paste, fry till they turn golden. Then add Mehran Kofta masala and tomato puree, mix well. Now add remaining yogurt, fry well. Then add 1-2 glasses of water, cover and cook on medium
3)Now add meat balls and cook on low heat until meat balls become tender. Shake the pan, do not stir with spoon. Add 1-1 1/2 glass
Cooking Suggestion:
Garnish with green coriander and ginger julienne. Serve with Nan, chapatti and plain boiled rice. Serve for 6-8 persons.
